I have an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy. The training was at The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust, and accredited by the University of East London.

My initial training was in Body-Orientated Psychotherapy at the Midsummer Training Centre, Cambridge.

I have a BA in Illustration from Anglia Polytechnic University, Cambridge.

I am a painter and have considerable experience as an art tutor. I have led Art Therapy groups in Adult Education and for Psychiatric nurses training in Mental Health.
